I just wanted to drop a note to thank you for the invaluable help that you provided for Debbie and me. Relocating can be very stressful. You went above and beyond in so many ways during our house hunting endeavors. We appreciate all that you did for us to help find, acquire, and get into our new home here in Omaha. Please keep in touch and accept our sincere thanks for all of your help.

You are an asset to the realtor profession and a great person.

This was my first home purchase and I had met with a couple other realtors prior to meeting you. I didn’t get the sense that the other realtors cared as much as you did in placing me in a home that I would be happy with. I remember the first time I viewed a home with you, you indicated that you were there to help me and my fiance’e find the best home for us, whatever that took. Many many house viewings later, you held true to your word. Not only were you patient in viewing many different houses with us during the intervening months, you helped us refine our search and proved to be an invaluable resource during the house searching process because of your knowledge of housing construction as well as the market in general. When it came time to finally settle on a home, you helped us negotiate price and the terms of the deal. Not having been through this process before, it was comforting knowing I had someone with your knowledge, experience, and skills on our side. From start to finish you held true to your goal of helping us find the best suited home for our needs and we found it because of you. You are an asset to the realtor profession and a great person. Thanks!

I cannot say enough about the care and attention Brian gave us during our search and we love our new home!

If you are looking for a new home then your best friend should be Brian Birkel. While looking for our new home, Brian had to find the perfect home to please my mom and me. Many hours were spent looking at the homes that had caught our eye and when we found the “one”, we still wanted to check out the other homes on the list for that day. After looking, we then asked to go back to the “one”. I am pretty sure that Brian knew before we made the decision that this was the one we wanted. I cannot say enough about the care and attention Brian gave us during our search and we love our new home!

Brian Birkel had the patience of a saint as we looked at over 50 plus homes.

I want to express my gratitude. I was looking online and came across your site and from start to finish the people at [the company] was A+ to work with. I would find a few homes online that were in our price range and when [we were ] in town Brian would meet up with my husband and/or myself and show them to us.

It has been three months since we have moved into our new home and I just wanted to say THANK-YOU! for helping this family find the perfect home to meet our needs and wants. Brian Birkel had the patience of a saint as we looked at over 50 plus homes. There was never any pressure to buy and Brian was great at explaining the details of each home we toured.

The courteous service continued on into our closing with Brian keeping me informed with what forms, signatures, etc. were needed. The staff at the title company on the proposed closing day were very kind to us when our lender did not close as promised. Brian and staff took the matter in hand, made my husband and I feel at ease for what was a very stressful situation. We closed the next day and have been loving our new home, neighbors and area ever since. The home is perfect!

Thanks Again!!

Thank you for helping and guiding me through.

I’ve been in the house about five-six times for a few minutes, and this includes our walk-through (although the walk-through lasted more than a few minutes).

But today was special. For the first time I used a key to get in, and it felt absolutely wonderful. I looked around, walked around, and tears almost came for the second time today. The first time was just after the keys were handed to me at Closing. But you may have missed my expression at the end of Closing, when the keys were handed to me, because I was fighting to keep my composure. As you know me, I am one who would rather laugh than cry, but it took all I could muster to hold back today.

Thank you for helping and guiding me through.
